Geetha Sruthi Kalluri is a highly motivated and experienced Lead Software Engineer with over 12 years of diverse experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle process (SDLC). She has expertise in developing custom algorithm-based trading applications for clients, which perform low latency and high throughput multi-threaded trading. Geetha has extensive experience in Algorithmic Trading and Execution Management Systems for multi-asset trading, and good knowledge in capital markets domain (Equities, Futures, Options and Fixed Income), Credit Cards Domain. Currently, Geetha is working as a Lead Software Engineer at Factset, where she is responsible for designing, programming, and testing of client-specific and core-system functionality including algorithms, plug-in-modules, API and GUI enhancements. She has successfully delivered several client implementations and customization projects for large Hedge fund and Buyside firms. Geetha also mentors juniors and reviews deliverables from peers and provides feedback. Additionally, she is involved in production support activities on a turn basis. Prior to her current role, Geetha worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Factset, where she was responsible for analysis, design, and development of software applications/products for financial and securities industries. She also worked on many features delivered to various clients like Campbell, Invesco, Goldman Sachs, Blue Crest, JPMorgan, Government of Singapore, and many more. Before joining Factset, Geetha worked as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini, where she was involved in collecting and analyzing requirements from business users and people at different levels. She developed modules of the application in core java and EJB and gained knowledge in SQL while working on oracle database operations for her project. Geetha holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gitam - Gandhi Institution of Technology and Management. She has a strong technical background and her tech stack includes Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, test, Java, and SQL. With relevant experience of 13.78 years, Geetha is a valuable asset to any organization she works for.
